What format is the program delivered in?

All these programs are shared as online videos and as downloadable workout guides, PDF’s. No physical products are sent so you can get started immediately.


What equipment will I need?

You will only need a few set of dumbbells, a resistance band or two (used in warm ups and accessory movements) as well as a bench. In addition, you will need area in which to jog or a treadmill. 


Could I just find this information for free online?

You definitely can because anything can be find online these days. I fixed my kitchen sink the other day by searching online. But it took me 10x longer than if a professional were guiding me. These workouts are unique in that we guide you every step of the way.
